Customer Success & Key Account Manager / Project Coordinator

About the role

Our client is looking for an experienced Customer Success & Relationship Manager who will also act as a Key Account Manager and Project Coordinator. The role involves managing key client relationships from enquiry through to project completion, driving new business, and ensuring a smooth handover to production and operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage key client relationships from enquiry through to project completion.
• Develop new business and maintain relationships with architects, designers, developers, contractors and other industry professionals.
• Handle the full sales cycle – leads, quotations, tenders, negotiations and conversions.
• Coordinate handover of confirmed projects to Production and Operations and monitor progress, timelines, manufacturing, delivery and installation.
• Proactively manage client expectations, resolve issues and drive repeat business, referrals and upselling.

Required profile

• 5–8 years’ experience in Key Account Management, Sales, Business Development, Customer Success or Project Coordination.
• Experience within joinery, kitchen manufacturing, interiors, construction or the broader built environment is highly advantageous.
• Strong commercial, negotiation and relationship management abilities.
• Ability to interpret architectural drawings and technical specifications.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel.
