Customer Success Consultant

About the role

The Customer Success Consultant will manage and grow an established client portfolio within the payments industry. You will work in a flexible hybrid environment, combining account management, sales growth and client support to ensure customers receive maximum value from our solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets through cross‑selling and organic growth within an existing client portfolio.
• Build, maintain and strengthen long‑term client relationships, including regular client visits.
• Provide onboarding, training and ongoing support to new and existing clients.
• Identify customer needs, recommend appropriate solutions and monitor satisfaction to manage retention risks.
• Maintain accurate customer records and CRM data, and support marketing initiatives.
• Travel regularly to engage with customers and support business objectives.

Required profile

• Matric or equivalent NQF qualification; formal sales, marketing or business qualification is advantageous.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales and customer relationship management, preferably within banking, payments or financial services, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems and customer relationship management tools.
• Strong command of the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience in sales reporting and administration.
• Ability to manage customer onboarding and account management processes.
