Customer Service Agent

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Customer Service Agent to join our team and deliver high‑quality support across in‑store, online and social‑media channels. The role involves handling after‑sales queries, processing applications and ensuring a positive experience for every customer.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints via in‑store, online and social‑media platforms.
• Process lay‑by/deposit applications and TV licence applications accurately.
• Assist with customer invoicing and manage after‑sales support.
• Maintain detailed records of all interactions and transactions.
• Identify, escalate and follow up on issues that require further attention.
• Stay updated on product offerings, service policies and collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service.

Required profile

• High school matriculation or equivalent.
• Emotionally mature with the ability to handle conflicts.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong problem‑solving and multitasking abilities.
• Previous customer service experience is preferred.

Required skills

• Basic computer skills.
• Experience using social‑media platforms for customer interaction.
