Customer Service Agent

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Service Agent to be the voice that delivers exceptional experiences to our customers. You will handle inbound calls, resolve order‑related issues and ensure every interaction leaves the customer feeling heard and valued.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers with online orders, tracking, returns, cancellations and delivery inquiries.
• Resolve issues such as delays, defects or damaged items within the same call, without follow‑ups.
• Navigate multiple systems to retrieve order details and provide accurate information.
• Communicate policies, delays or product issues professionally, even when delivering difficult news.
• Maintain accurate documentation and stay focused while handling back‑to‑back calls.
• Participate in regular coaching sessions and apply feedback to improve service quality.

Required profile

• At least one year of international customer service experience on an omni‑channel campaign.
• Experience with US or Australian campaigns is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible rotational shifts aligned to US time zones.
• Empathy, confidence and flexibility with a strong focus on delivering smooth customer experiences.
