About the role

WNS South Africa, part of the global Business Process Management group WNS, is hiring a Customer Service Agent for its Airline campaign. The agent handles phone transactions in the airline contact centre, resolves issues and provides excellent service to general and premium customers. The role involves 24/7 shifts, Monday to Sunday.

Key responsibilities

Process phone transactions in the airline contact centres
Provide customer service through issue resolution and request handling for general and premium customers
Meet and exceed client-proposed metrics while promoting WNS core values

Required profile

Matric / Grade 12 qualification
1 year of call centre experience
Previous travel experience is an advantage
Willingness to work graveyard shifts, including weekends and public holidays

Required skills

Computer literacy
Strong verbal and written English
Attention to detail, patience, empathy, positive attitude and adaptability
Ability to work under pressure, multitask and in a structured environment
