Customer Resolution Specialist

About the role

The Customer Resolution Specialist (CRS) serves as the single point of contact for customers, aiming to resolve inquiries and issues in one interaction. This role blends front‑line service with back‑office support, ensuring a seamless experience for users of NTTA services.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or other channels, striving for one‑and‑done resolutions.
• Assist with account updates, troubleshooting, and payment processing.
• Collaborate with Call Center, Collections, Front Counter, and IT teams to solve complex problems.
• Educate customers on self‑service options and best practices.
• Maintain accurate records using company tools and knowledge bases.
• Participate in team meetings to stay current on NTTA policies.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1‑3 years of customer service or account support experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem‑solving and critical‑thinking abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
• Typing speed of 30‑35 words per minute.
