Customer Experience Manager (Technical Sales)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Customer Experience Manager to drive platform adoption, upsell services, and ensure client success for our integration solutions. The role blends technical sales expertise with customer success responsibilities, engaging over 200 clients annually.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze client usage metrics, categorize accounts by risk, utilization and upsell potential.
• Conduct client meetings, present to business unit heads, and uncover new opportunities.
• Develop and implement tailored strategies to increase platform usage and subscription revenue.
• Perform due diligence on client implementations and business requirements.
• Maintain a detailed system for tracking client interactions and sales progress.

Required profile

• Extensive technical sales experience, especially closing deals with C‑level executives.
• Strong technical background, preferably as a solution architect or integration specialist.
• Self‑driven problem‑solver with meticulous attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Polished presentation abilities and professional demeanor.
