CRM Solutions Architect – Remote (South Africa)

About the role

Huble is a global HubSpot, AI, marketing & creative consultancy helping mid‑market and enterprise businesses accelerate growth. As a CRM Solutions Architect you will design scalable, innovative solutions that place HubSpot CRM at the core of a broader front‑office ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Understand client requirements and design effective solutions using HubSpot and other CRM platforms.
• Collaborate with development, marketing, sales and service teams to define architecture and project scope.
• Create comprehensive documentation including functional specifications, data models and ERDs.
• Lead complex technology configuration projects and mentor junior team members.
• Conduct technology audits, provide improvement recommendations and define success metrics.
• Assist with data migration projects and perform quality‑assurance testing.
• Stay up‑to‑date with the latest platform features and communicate changes internally and to clients.
• Drive team certifications and deliver technology training to internal staff.

Required profile

• Experience with HubSpot or transferable expertise from other CRM or system‑architecture roles.
• Relevant tertiary qualification such as Computer Science, Information Systems or Industrial Engineering.
• Background in a digital/technical agency or consultancy, covering consulting, solution building, implementation and training.
• Strong ability to read, understand and compile technical documentation (API docs, ERDs, functional specs).
• Sound knowledge of big‑data concepts and system integration using APIs.
• Excellent command of English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
