CRM Campaign Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a CRM Campaign Specialist to turn customer data into revenue‑driving communication within a high‑performing marketing team in the luxury travel sector. You will own CRM campaigns from planning through execution, using segmentation, automation and performance insights to boost loyalty and repeat business.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage the annual CRM campaign calendar aligned to revenue and retention goals.
• Build, launch and optimise automated customer journeys and lifecycle campaigns.
• Segment audiences to deliver personalised communication at every stage.
• Manage referral and loyalty campaign integration within the broader customer journey.
• Run A/B tests to improve open rates, click‑through rates and conversions.
• Monitor performance, provide clear reporting and actionable insights.
• Maintain CRM data integrity and ensure compliance with internal governance standards.
• Collaborate with Sales, Tech and Creative teams to keep campaigns on brand.

Required profile

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Languages or a related field.
• 3–5 years of hands‑on CRM campaign management experience.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into clear actions.
• Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Experience with HubSpot.
• Experience with Mailchimp.
• Proficiency in segmentation, automation workflows and performance reporting.
• Confidence in designing and analysing A/B tests.
