Creditors Clerk

About the role

Stallion Integrated is seeking a detail‑oriented and highly organized Creditors Clerk to join the Finance team. The successful candidate will ensure accurate and timely processing of creditors transactions, maintain the creditors ledger, support supplier relationships, and uphold compliance with financial policies and procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Process and verify supplier invoices for accuracy and completeness.
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Process creditor payments and ensure timely settlements, including loading EFT payments onto banking platforms.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date creditors ledger records.
• Process cashbook transactions, receipts, and payments.
• Conduct regular creditors reconciliations.
• Communicate with suppliers to resolve queries and disputes.
• Assist with financial reporting, compliance requirements, and record‑keeping systems.

Required profile

• Diploma, certificate, or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a Creditors or Accounts Payable environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Sage 300 Evolution financial system.
