About the role
We are looking for a diligent Creditors Clerk to join our finance team in Cape Town. The successful candidate will manage high‑volume creditor functions accurately and efficiently, working both independently and as part of a collaborative environment.
Key responsibilities
- Process and manage large volumes of supplier invoices.
- Handle and resolve creditor queries promptly.
- Perform regular reconciliations of creditor accounts.
- Maintain accurate creditor records and documentation.
- Work independently with limited supervision when required.
Required profile
- Solid experience in creditors or accounts payable functions.
- Strong reconciliation and query‑management abilities.
- Attention to detail, accuracy and ability to work unsupervised.
- Matric (high school) qualification.
Required skills
- Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP.
