Creative Project Manager – Digital Marketing

About the role

We are seeking a highly organized Creative Project Manager to join our fast‑paced digital marketing team in Johannesburg. The role focuses on coordinating creative, media, reporting and client‑facing activities while aligning with US working hours.

Key responsibilities

• Manage project requirements and timelines using tools such as Monday.com.
• Lead communications and roadmap planning with internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate and triage communications to maintain project continuity.
• Support creative operations, including approvals, pre‑production and asset organization.
• Oversee media operations: campaign naming, audience segmentation and launch execution.
• Coordinate reporting deliverables and ensure timely delivery.
• Prepare recurring client presentations, weekly updates and monthly creative recaps.
• Assist with client onboarding and keep deliverables on track.
• Maintain document and file organization using Google Drive.
• Implement quality‑control procedures and drive continuous improvement.
• Facilitate weekly scrum meetings and monitor progress against objectives.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of project management experience in a digital marketing environment.
• Strong knowledge of Google and Facebook/Meta advertising platforms.
• Excellent planning, problem‑solving and organizational abilities.
• Proven capability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex deliverables.
• Effective communication skills across all organisational levels.
