Creative Director

About the role

We are looking for a Creative Director to lead the visual content strategy for our studio in Cape Town. You will shape the look and feel of client projects, drive creative standards and inspire a multidisciplinary team. You will work closely with managers to plan sprints and ensure seamless project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Direct and maintain the visual quality and aesthetic of all content.
• Create impactful campaigns that align with client branding, marketing and colour strategies.
• Collaborate with clients from project inception to delivery.
• Manage team workflow, assign tasks, monitor deadlines and budgets.
• Implement and refine business processes to increase efficiency.
• Analyse briefs, prepare fee proposals and resource plans.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and position the studio as a trendsetter.
• Lead brainstorming sessions, review concepts and provide feedback.
• Mentor and develop team members into high‑performing professionals.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a creative leader or director.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
• Resilience under pressure and excellent organisational abilities.
• Detail‑oriented eye for visual quality.
