Creative Designer – Junior/Mid

About the role

As a Creative Designer you will create high‑quality visual assets that strengthen the Dotsure brand across multiple customer touchpoints. Working closely with marketing, brand and content teams, you will turn ideas into compelling creative that supports campaigns, boosts engagement and delivers measurable business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Design creative assets for digital, print and marketing campaigns.
• Produce engaging content for social media, websites, email marketing, paid media and digital advertising.
• Create print‑ready artwork for brochures, posters, signage and promotional material.
• Maintain brand consistency across all customer touchpoints.
• Collaborate with marketers, copywriters and other stakeholders to develop concepts.
• Manage multiple projects while meeting agreed deadlines.

Required profile

• A diploma or national diploma in graphic design, visual communication or a related field (or equivalent experience with a strong portfolio).
• At least 3 years of professional graphic design experience in an agency or in‑house marketing environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines.
• Portfolio showing strong commercial design work across digital and print channels.

• Working knowledge of Figma and Canva (advantageous)
