Creative Artworker

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Creative Artworker to join our Cape Town team and support the production of digital, print and social content for one of our key global brands. The role involves taking briefs through to final delivery, ensuring high‑quality output that aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret client briefs and adapt designs across digital, print and social media channels.
• Produce final artwork and toolkits for both digital and print‑based materials.
• Maintain consistency and quality of deliverables, acting as a brand guardian.
• Collaborate with the satellite hub team and internal stakeholders, incorporating feedback and presenting work.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting specified timeframes and budgets.
• Conduct self‑QC to ensure deliverables meet standards before hand‑over.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in design, artwork and production.
• Strong eye for detail and ability to work in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
• Proactive attitude with solid project‑management skills.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
