Courier & Dispatch Clerk – Nelspruit

About the role

If you are an organised individual who thrives in a warehouse environment where accuracy is essential, this role offers the chance to manage the full order flow—from receiving and picking stock to packing, preparing courier documents, tracking parcels and supporting general warehouse activities. An established renewable‑energy business in Nelspruit is seeking a reliable Courier & Dispatch Clerk to join its team.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and verify incoming goods and accompanying paperwork.
• Pick, pack and dispatch customer, delivery and courier orders accurately.
• Prepare waybills, invoices and other delivery documents.
• Photograph courier items when required and track dispatched parcels, keeping shipment statuses up‑to‑date.
• Load and off‑load goods safely, assist with stock counts, inventory controls and discrepancy reporting.
• Maintain a clean, organised warehouse that complies with safety standards.
• Collaborate closely with sales, warehouse teams and other branches to support service improvements.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years retail warehouse experience.
• National Senior Certificate / Grade 12.
• No criminal record and no previous dismissals.
• Willingness to undergo polygraph and drug screening.

Required skills

• Experience using a product or stock ERP system.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
