About the role
The Cosmetics Manager will lead the cosmetics department at Cape Gate Mall, driving sales performance and ensuring an excellent customer experience. This full‑time position requires strong people management, stock control and merchandising expertise to meet company standards.
Key responsibilities
- Drive turnover to achieve sales targets.
- Control expenses and manage budget adherence.
- Monitor stock losses and keep shrinkage within company standards.
- Recruit, develop, and manage staff, handling performance and employee relations.
- Execute in‑store merchandising strategy and maintain visual standards.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering the defined service strategy.
Required profile
- Matric certificate.
- Minimum of 3 years retail or administrative experience.
- High energy, urgency and enthusiasm for tackling new opportunities.
- Strong relationship‑building skills with customers and internal teams.
