Corporate Events Manager

About the role

Our client, a leading listed REIT, is looking for a Corporate Events Manager to lead the full lifecycle of internal, client and external events in Cape Town. The role blends creativity with rigorous project management to deliver high‑impact experiences that reinforce the brand across multiple regions.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute corporate events from concept to post‑event analysis.
• Develop event concepts aligned with brand objectives and target audiences.
• Source and manage venues, catering, accommodation, transport, entertainment, AV, logistics, gifts and other requirements.
• Manage stakeholder communication, invitations, RSVPs and guest logistics.
• Oversee on‑the‑day execution, ensuring all details meet the highest standards.
• Prepare detailed post‑event reports and feedback for stakeholders.
• Source innovative corporate gifts and promotional items that reinforce brand visibility.
• Assist with annual marketing budget preparation and manage individual event budgets.
