About the role

AirCounsel is seeking an experienced Corporate Commercial Solicitor to join its AI‑augmented legal services platform. The role is fully remote and focuses on delivering high‑quality commercial legal support to Canadian and international clients.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements and contracts.
• Advise clients on corporate, commercial, governance, and compliance matters.
• Support cross‑border legal projects and international transactions.

Required profile

• Active licence and good standing with at least one Canadian province.
• 5+ years post‑qualification experience in the Canadian market, specializing in corporate and commercial law.
• Strong track record in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts.
• Excellent communication skills and sound commercial judgment.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, technology‑driven environment.
• Experience with international clients or cross‑border matters is a plus.
