About the role
We are seeking a professional Conveyancing Attorney to join a reputable law firm in Pretoria. The role involves managing end‑to‑end conveyancing transactions and providing high‑quality client service.
Key responsibilities
- Manage full‑function conveyancer duties, including property transfers, mortgage bond registrations and cancellations.
- Draft and review legal documents related to conveyancing transactions.
Required profile
- Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree, admitted as an Attorney and Conveyancer.
- Minimum two years post‑admission conveyancing experience.
- Fully bilingual with strong business English communication skills.
- Reside within commuting distance of Pretoria and possess a valid driver’s licence and own vehicle.
Required skills
- Proficiency with legal conveyancing software such as LexisConvey, GhostConvey or E4.
- In‑depth knowledge of property law, bank processes, compliance requirements and Deeds Office procedures.
What we offer
- Full‑time morning shift on‑site position.
- Salary range ZAR 25,000–40,000 per month.
