Conveyancing Attorney – Pretoria East

About the role

We are looking for a qualified Conveyancing Attorney to join our law firm in Pretoria East. The successful candidate will independently manage conveyancing matters, draft relevant documentation and provide client liaison services.

Key responsibilities

• Attend to conveyancing matters for the firm, including transfers, bond registrations and cancellations.
• Draft all relevant conveyancing documents for Nedbank and FNB.
• Handle general conveyancing administration and maintain accurate records.
• Provide client liaison and support throughout the conveyancing process.

Required profile

• Presentable, professional female with fluency in Afrikaans and English.
• LLB completed and admitted as a Conveyancer.
• Strong recent post‑admission conveyancing experience, especially in transfers, bond registrations and cancellations.
• Fully independent in drafting documentation and managing cases.
• Valid driver’s licence with own vehicle and preferably residing near Pretoria East.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Lexis Nexis legal research software.
• Experience using the E4 conveyancing system.

What we offer

• Net salary of R28,000 per month (negotiable based on experience).
• 20% referral fee commission on successful client referrals.
