Contracts Director – Infrastructure Projects

About the role

We are recruiting a highly experienced Contracts Director to lead contract management operations on mega‑scale infrastructure projects in Durban. You will assume strategic responsibility for all contractual matters across multi‑billion Rand road developments, driving contract administration, managing stakeholder relationships, mitigating commercial risk and ensuring compliance.

Required profile

• National Diploma in Civil Engineering (minimum qualification)
• Minimum 25 years of professional experience in the construction and engineering sectors
• At least 15 years of demonstrable experience managing multi‑billion Rand infrastructure projects
• Proven track record in national roads project delivery and contract management
• Strong commercial acumen and contract negotiation skills
• Ability to lead teams and manage stakeholder relationships at senior levels
