Contracts and Tendering Manager

About the role

The Contracts and Tendering Manager leads contract management and tendering activities for products, systems, and services within a designated market. The role focuses on creating competitive bids, estimates, and quotations that meet customer requirements and business objectives while fostering strong customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, ensuring technical compliance with project specifications.
• Maintain effective customer relationships to understand needs and promote the full portfolio of products, systems, and services.
• Coordinate all inputs for bid, estimate, and quotation preparation, including external services such as translations and government approvals.
• Support successful transactions by communicating delivery schedules, payment terms, and contractual conditions.
• Collect, archive, and report documentation related to offers and orders, tracking assumptions and decisions.
• Manage administrative procedures throughout the contract and sales processes.
• Prepare offers in collaboration with the Bid and Proposal team, ensuring accurate pricing and commercial terms.
• Develop competitive bids by considering optimal product mix and technical/commercial requirements.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading contract management and tendering activities, preferably in the energy sector.
• Strong ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Excellent coordination skills with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Detail‑oriented approach to documentation and reporting.
