Continuous Improvement Manager

About the role

The Continuous Improvement Manager will report to the General Manager and lead initiatives that enhance products, processes, quality systems, and overall outcomes across our flexible packaging facilities. This position bridges operations, quality assurance, and customer satisfaction by identifying inefficiencies, implementing best practices, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute continuous improvement programs to drive quality, efficiency, and cost savings.
• Identify improvement opportunities through data analysis, audits, and customer feedback.
• Lead cross‑functional teams to deliver improvement projects on time and within budget.
• Manage quality teams across multiple sites, ensuring alignment with ISO standards and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee the Quality Management System, conduct internal audits, and report performance metrics to senior leadership.
• Lead new product development for flexible packaging materials, defining goals, timelines, and testing protocols.
• Chair the Technical Review Committee to ensure product reproducibility and resolve design or production issues.

Required profile

• Proven experience in continuous improvement, quality management, or related engineering roles within manufacturing or packaging.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable initiatives.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to influence cross‑functional teams.
• Knowledge of ISO standards and regulatory compliance in packaging.
