About the role

Career Start is seeking a world‑class Content Creator to lead visual storytelling and social media engagement for its professional development platform. The role is fully remote and reports directly to senior leadership, shaping the public face of a 19‑year‑old industry leader.

Key responsibilities

• Create engaging graphics and short‑form videos that reflect the brand’s aesthetic.
• Write compelling captions and blog posts to attract candidates and corporate clients.
• Schedule and publish daily content on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
• Monitor digital trends in recruitment and adapt them to the brand voice.
• Engage with community comments and messages, maintaining a professional tone.

Required profile

• Creatively driven with an eye for design and high click‑through copy.
• Self‑directed, able to turn ideas into finished assets without constant guidance.
• Tech‑fluent with a deep understanding of modern platform algorithms.
• Detail‑oriented, ensuring all content is error‑free and on‑brand.
• Strategic thinker capable of assisting leadership with monthly content planning.
