Content Creator – Hospitality (KZN)

About the role

Dream Hotels & Resorts is looking for a highly creative, hands‑on Content Creator to showcase two premier hospitality destinations in KwaZulu‑Natal. You will capture guest experiences and property highlights through visual and written content, supporting both digital and print marketing efforts.

Key responsibilities

• Produce high‑quality photography and videography of accommodation, restaurants, bars, spa, weddings, conferences, golf, and leisure activities.
• Create short‑form video content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube Shorts.
• Write engaging captions, blogs, newsletters and promotional copy.
• Develop and maintain the social media content calendar, monitor performance and suggest improvements.
• Collaborate with operational teams to identify content opportunities and capture seasonal campaigns, promotions and events.
• Support marketing campaigns, influencer collaborations and media visits, and work with external agencies as needed.
• Maintain an organised digital asset library for easy retrieval and reuse.

Required profile

• Proven experience in hospitality or lifestyle content creation.
• Strong visual storytelling ability and a passion for luxury hospitality.
• Ability to work independently, travel between properties and capture events during evenings or weekends.
• Excellent written communication skills for creating compelling copy.
