Content & Copywriter

About the role

The Content & Copywriter will create compelling, high‑quality content that supports Lula’s brand, marketing campaigns, customer acquisition and organic growth. Working closely with the Content & Organic Growth Manager and Creative Lead, you will translate campaign concepts into clear, engaging copy across digital, brand and commercial channels.

Key responsibilities

• Write and develop content for websites, landing pages, blogs, email campaigns, customer case studies, thought‑leadership pieces and sales enablement materials.
• Craft campaign copy for social media, advertising, promotional materials and brand storytelling to ensure consistent messaging.
• Produce SEO‑focused organic content, refresh existing material and create educational pieces for senior executives.
• Publish and maintain digital content across platforms, manage content audits, updates and ensure alignment with brand guidelines.
• Research, gather insights and interview customers or internal experts to enhance content credibility.
• Manage website and CMS tasks including uploads, formatting, metadata, redirects and ongoing optimisation.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in copywriting, content marketing, journalism or communications.
• Strong writing and editing skills across multiple formats and ability to simplify complex concepts.
• Experience creating digital content for websites, email, social media and marketing campaigns.
• Attention to detail and excellent proofreading abilities.
• Preferably background in fintech, financial services, technology or B2B marketing.
• Experience interviewing customers or subject‑matter experts and using content management systems is a plus.
