About the role
The PathCare Academy invites responsible and respectful individuals with a strong work ethic to join its Contact Centre/Debt Collector Training Programme, a one‑year contract offering entry‑level experience in a debtors contact centre environment. The programme is aimed at school leavers residing in Cape Town and includes both theoretical and practical training at PathCare’s Goodwood campus.
Required profile
- Grade 12 pass with proficiency in literacy and numeracy
- Computer literate
- Effective written and verbal communication
- Ability to concentrate effectively, pay good attention to detail and problem solve
- Fluent in English and understand basic Afrikaans
