Consumer Account Manager (E-commerce)

About the role

As a Consumer Account Manager in Epson's Consumer Sales division, you will develop and execute sales plans for designated e‑commerce customers and channel partners, driving business growth and maximizing sales of Epson products.

Key responsibilities

• Promote the full Epson consumer product range across e‑commerce channels, set targets and commercial terms, and achieve financial and non‑financial sales goals.
• Identify and qualify new growth opportunities, manage end‑user accounts, and ensure timely collection of sales and inventory data.
• Collaborate on marketing plans, implement generic campaigns, track ROI, and provide feedback on promotional activities.
• Input to forecasting, gather competitive market information, and produce regular account performance summaries.
• Coordinate support from internal teams and ensure accurate CRM data collection from all accounts.

Required profile

• Proven consumer account management experience within the South African e‑commerce channel.
• Track record of meeting sales targets and building strong customer relationships.
• Innovative mindset and evidence of academic achievement.
