Construction Foreman – Multi‑Storey Residential Projects

About the role

A leading construction company is looking for an experienced Construction Foreman to join its Western Cape team. The role focuses on multi‑storey residential developments, concrete works, wet trades and overall site supervision. You will ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget and to high quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily site operations and coordinate labour and subcontractors.
• Oversee concrete works, wet trades and structural construction activities.
• Supervise General Foremen, subcontractors and site labour teams.
• Monitor progress, quality control and compliance with health, safety and environmental standards.
• Interpret construction drawings and specifications to guide site execution.

Required profile

• Grade 12 (Matric) with a National Technical Certificate, Diploma in Construction or a relevant trade qualification.
• 5–10 years’ experience as a Construction Foreman or similar supervisory role.
• Proven track record on multi‑storey residential projects.
• Experience supervising General Foremen, subcontractors and site labour.
• Formal qualification in Health, Safety and Environmental Management is advantageous.
