Community Advisor (DHA) – Customer Experience

About the role

The Community Advisor (DHA) will join FNB’s Points of Presence team to deliver an exceptional, efficient customer experience. You will proactively understand client needs, guide them to the most suitable banking channels—including e‑channels and self‑service—and ensure every interaction complies with FNB policies and service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing tailored product solutions.
• Educate customers on the appropriate banking platform and digital self‑service options.
• Analyse customer data to recommend personalised financial solutions and identify sales opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant rules, processes and risk guidelines.
• Achieve sales targets while delivering a positive, empathetic customer experience.
• Support cost‑containment initiatives and optimise channel usage.

Required profile

• Grade 12/NQF Level 4 minimum; NQF Level 5 certificate in Banking, Business Administration, Customer Service or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in a customer‑facing role within financial services.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Attention to detail, ethical conduct and accountability for personal performance.

Required skills

• Ability to guide customers toward digital and self‑service solutions.
• Basic understanding of banking products and FAIS regulations.
