Communication and Service Co‑Ordinator (Chief Reminding Officer)

About the role

We are seeking someone who loves handling telephone calls, emails and WhatsApp messages, interacting with people minute‑by‑minute. Clear, professional communication is paramount, and the role thrives in a fast‑paced environment where helping people and high energy are essential.

Key responsibilities

• Answer client telephone calls and screen correspondence requests.
• Monitor and handle general support requests, allocating them to management.
• Assist in solution and workflow discussions and communicate them to clients.
• Respond to and direct WhatsApp requests from clients.
• Handle ad‑hoc communications and monitor progress of operational tasks with executive management.
• Provide administrative assistance as required.

Required profile

• Matric certificate.
• 2–5 years’ experience in a similar role or related work experience.
• Strong communication and time‑management abilities.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Organised and deadline‑focused.
