About the role
Old Mutual is seeking a Commissioned Financial Adviser to join its Three Rivers/Vereeniging team. The adviser will help customers achieve their long‑term financial goals by assessing needs, providing sound advice and delivering tailored financial plans.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and procure new business opportunities through personal leads.
- Expand sales of Old Mutual’s insurance and financial products to existing customers.
- Deliver consultative, customer‑focused advice and implement “fit for purpose” solutions.
- Maintain accurate sales data and use sales software to track prospects.
Required profile
- Self‑motivated, dynamic individual with an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Education: NQF Level 5 – Higher, Advanced or Occupational Certificate (or equivalent).
- Ability to work independently and build strong customer relationships.
- Willingness to comply with Old Mutual’s Employment Equity Plan.
Required skills
- Proficiency with sales software for managing leads and opportunities.
