About the role
Old Mutual is looking for a self-motivated, dynamic Commissioned Financial Adviser in Witbank to champion its customers' lifetime goals. The adviser identifies clients' financial needs, gives sound financial advice and recommends and implements fit-for-purpose financial plans and solutions. The role is commission-based and focuses on working mainly on own leads.
Key responsibilities
- Procure new business
- Expand sales of products and services with existing customers
- Work mainly on own leads
Required profile
- NQF Level 5 qualification (Higher, Advanced or Occupational Certificate) or equivalent
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial spirit and passion for the role
Required skills
- Consultative selling and strategic selling
- Direct selling and prospect qualification
- Sales data management and sales software
- Building trust and strengthening customer relationships
