Commissioned Financial Adviser

About the role

As a Commissioned Financial Adviser you will help our customers achieve their long‑term financial goals by understanding their needs and delivering tailored advice and solutions. You will work independently, generating your own leads and building lasting relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify customers’ financial needs and provide sound, personalised advice.
• Recommend and implement fit‑for‑purpose financial plans and insurance solutions.
• Procure new business and expand sales of products and services with existing clients.
• Manage your own sales pipeline and follow up on leads.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.

Required profile

• Senior Certificate (Matric / Grade 12 / NQF 4).
• At least 24 months of experience in the financial industry.
• Successful completion of the Regulatory Examination/RE5 and relevant CPD points.
• Valid driver’s licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes.
• Clear criminal record and ability to work independently with an entrepreneurial mindset.
