Commission‑Based Sales Agent – Short‑Term Insurance

About the role

Global Direct is looking for motivated sales agents to promote short‑term insurance products from The Unlimited. The position is fully commission‑based, offering flexible working hours and the chance to build a personal client base.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and follow up on leads and prospects in the Benoni area.
• Present The Unlimited’s short‑term insurance products professionally on behalf of Global Direct.
• Close sales, complete accurate application paperwork, and ensure compliance.
• Maintain strong client relationships and deliver excellent customer service.
• Achieve individual sales targets and report activity as required.

Required profile

• At least 50% average in matric (NQF 4) or a higher qualification (NQF 5+).
• Proven sales ability or strong motivation to sell; insurance experience is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and able to work independently.
• Reliable transport for local client visits and a basic smartphone for sales/admin apps.
• South African citizenship.
