Commercial Support Coordinator

About the role

The Commercial Support Coordinator will assist the Commercial Manager and Dealer Development Manager in maintaining and enhancing the dealer network. The role focuses on operational maintenance, performance monitoring, and ensuring compliance with corporate standards to drive dealer success.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain ongoing relationships with dealers after onboarding, ensuring adherence to branding and operational standards.
• Support dealer setup activities such as signage, showroom standards, and stock display, flagging any deviations.
• Compile regional market intelligence reports, analyse dealer sales performance and identify gaps or opportunities.
• Prepare regular performance dashboards and reports for the Commercial Manager.
• Assist the Dealer Development Manager with administrative tasks during dealer setup, coordinating documentation and approvals.
• Provide direct administrative and operational support to the Commercial Manager and cross‑functional teams.
• Participate in dealer visits, events and activations as required.

Required profile

• Grade 12 or equivalent with Accounting and Mathematics.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in an administrative environment.
• Strong time‑management, communication and organisational skills.
• Problem‑solving ability and above‑average computer literacy.

Required skills

• Computer literacy with common commercial software.
