Commercial Sales Lead (Remote)

Key responsibilities

• Lead the sale and uptake of the organisation’s data‑driven digital products and software solutions to public and private sector partners.
• Develop and execute a sales and partnerships strategy aligned with growth and sustainability goals.
• Build, manage, and convert a strong pipeline of opportunities across target markets.
• Craft high‑quality proposals, pitches and presentations that translate technical solutions into clear value propositions.
• Negotiate and finalize contracts, pricing and commercial terms with partners, funders and clients.
• Track and report on pipeline performance, sales activity and conversion rates.

Required profile

• 5–10 years of experience in sales, business development or partnerships, preferably with complex or technical SaaS products.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle and close high‑value deals.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM and collaboration tools such as Notion, Slack and Google Workspace.
