Commercial Account Executive (Remote)

About the role

Box, a global pioneer in Intelligent Content Management, is seeking a motivated Commercial Account Executive for its remote team. The role suits a driven sales professional who identifies new market opportunities and nurtures existing client relationships in the SMB sector. You will take full ownership of the end-to-end sales lifecycle, acting as a hunter who builds your own pipeline and positions Box as a strategic partner in clients' digital transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Full-cycle sales management: prospecting, discovery calls, negotiations and contract finalisation
• Strategic territory planning to capture market share in your assigned segment
• Engaging key decision-makers and explaining the value of the Box platform to technical and executive audiences
• Managing existing accounts alongside new business
• Discovery meetings, product demonstrations and occasional in-person visits

Required profile

• Fluent German is a strict requirement
• At least 2 years of experience in a closing-focused sales role, owning a pipeline from start to finish
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Ability to sell to C-suite executives and senior leadership
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and manage a territory across time zones
