About the role
Reputable company seeks an individual with Matric and supervisory experience in a Collections call centre. Must have worked with US campaigns.
Key responsibilities
- Responsible for quality assurance, coaching, performance management, and customer satisfaction.
- Drive quality standards through screening calls, calibration sessions, and performance reviews.
- Participate in company performance discussions.
- Analyse campaign data and reporting.
- Involved in recruitment process.
- Manage attendance and absenteeism.
- Onboard new employees.
- Maintain and update registers for payroll.
- Develop incentive plans with the Manager.
Required profile
- Matric BEE qualification.
- 1+ years supervisory experience in a Collections call centre.
- Experience working US hours.
- Good understanding of customer resolution and call centre operating procedures.
- Ability to handle escalated manager calls.
What we offer
- R12 000 per month cost to company.
- R1 000 per month night‑shift allowance.
- Commission based on performance.
