Cold Store Administrator

About the role
We are seeking a proactive Cold Store Administrator to support the daily operations of our cold storage facility in Cape Town. You will work closely with the Cold Room Manager and various internal teams to ensure smooth administrative and logistical processes.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain attendance registers, timesheets and employee records.
- Manage service providers, obtain quotations and process purchase orders.
- Capture purchase orders in SAP and oversee stock, pallet and delivery‑document control.
- Maintain equipment and administrative filing systems.
- Liaise with Logistics, HR, Payroll and Trading departments.
- Prepare regular operational reports for management.
Required profile
- Matric qualification.
- 3–5 years of administrative experience, with at least 3 years in a warehouse or similar environment.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Own transport preferred.
- Flexibility to work overtime or weekends as required.
Required skills
- Advanced Excel proficiency.
- Experience with ERP/SAP Business One (preferred).
