Coffee Shop Manager - Sandton

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Coffee Shop Manager to lead our up‑market café in Sandton. You will ensure smooth daily operations, maintain high service standards, and act as the primary liaison between the kitchen, suppliers, and customers.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular stock takes and place orders for supplies.
• Manage email correspondence and coordinate event bookings.
• Oversee cash‑up procedures, opening and closing routines.
• Maintain accurate administrative records and reports.
• Serve as the main point of contact between kitchen staff and external suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant or café management.
• Proven ability to handle cash‑ups, admin tasks, and opening/closing procedures confidently.
• Availability for day‑shift work with two weekdays off and mandatory weekend coverage.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
