About the role
Kleinmond Slipway is hiring a seasonal Coastal Monitor X3 for the period 19 October 2026 to 2 November 2026. The role is based in the Overstrand area and is open to applicants who meet the stated requirements.
Required profile
- Grade 12 or NQF Level 4 qualification, or equivalent technical qualification.
- A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
- Applicants must be older than 18 years.
- Good communication and public relations skills in at least two of the official languages of the Western Cape.
- Physically strong and healthy.
- Must be a resident of Overstrand; holidaymakers will not be considered.
- Preference will be given to unemployed residents of the Overstrand municipal area.
- Available to work shifts on weekends and public holidays.

- Tax number.
- Banking details.
