Cluster Director of Revenue Management

About the role

Responsible for overseeing all aspects of revenue management for the assigned cluster of hotels, including pricing strategies, market analysis and promotional activities. The role ensures optimal room inventory, rates and revenue management system accuracy to maximise revenue and market share.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic revenue plans to optimise financial performance.
• Analyse market trends, competitive landscape and customer behaviour to identify revenue opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing and operations to align revenue strategies with business goals.
• Conduct weekly revenue meetings with Sales and General Manager to discuss strategies.
• Monitor and adjust pricing and inventory based on demand and market conditions.
• Prepare month‑end and ad‑hoc analysis, forecasts, budgets and business plans.
• Maintain and audit GDS, TARS, distribution channels and ensure accurate data capture.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of revenue management experience in a hotel environment.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to identify and capitalise on opportunities.
• Excellent leadership, communication and motivation skills.
• Professional proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Proven ability to work in a fast‑paced, analytical environment.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with revenue management systems (e.g., PMS, RMS).
• Strong computer and data‑analysis skills.
