About the role
The Professional Nurse/Clinical Nurse (R/N) will deliver high‑care nursing services at Netcare Garden City Hospital, providing holistic, person‑centered care to patients, families and the community.
Key responsibilities
- Assess, plan and implement individualized, holistic nursing care for patients, families and the community.
- Coordinate patient care within a multidisciplinary health team.
- Apply scientifically based nursing theories and processes in daily practice.
- Treat patients as physical, social and spiritual individuals.
- Utilize educational and technical means applicable to health‑care practice.
Required profile
- Professional registration as a Nurse (R/N) with appropriate licensing.
- Experience in high‑care or acute‑care settings.
- Ability to deliver person‑centered care and work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
