Client Success Manager

About the role

The Client Success Manager will act as the VALD subject‑matter expert for an assigned portfolio of health and performance professionals, ensuring they successfully adopt and benefit from VALD technology.

Key responsibilities

• Manage client onboarding and support the implementation of VALD systems.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through online and occasional face‑to‑face interactions.
• Identify client support needs and growth opportunities.
• Deliver online client presentations using Microsoft Teams.
• Track and report activity using SaaS tools such as HubSpot and the Microsoft Suite.
• Handle multiple assignments and support requests independently or collaboratively.

Required profile

• Experience using VALD technology in a clinical or high‑performance setting.
• Background as a physiotherapist, exercise physiologist, sports scientist, or similar professional.
• Strong empathy and the ability to understand client perspectives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with strong grammar and proofreading skills.
• Creative problem‑solving and a can‑do attitude.
• Adaptable and eager to learn new processes and tools.
