Client Services Manager – Sales, Project Management & Installations

About the role

Our client, a well‑established corporate interiors and office solutions company based on the East Rand of Johannesburg, is seeking a dynamic Client Services Manager. This hybrid role blends client relationship management, sales, and end‑to‑end project coordination for office fit‑outs and installations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and nurture relationships with existing and prospective corporate clients.
• Identify new business opportunities and drive sales within the commercial market.
• Manage the full sales cycle from enquiry through quotation, order confirmation and project completion.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and costings, and coordinate delivery and installation.
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, suppliers, contractors and installation teams.
• Conduct site visits, measurements, and ensure installations meet specifications and quality standards.
• Provide regular updates to clients and resolve any project‑related issues promptly.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, suppliers and contractors to ensure successful delivery.

Required profile

• Proven experience in client services, sales, account management and/or project management.
• Background in commercial interior fit‑out, corporate interiors, office furniture or workplace solutions is strongly preferred.
• Experience working with office fittings, fixtures, finishes and installations.
