Client Services Intern

About the role

MiWay is offering a 12‑month internship in its Client Services Department located in Samrand, Gauteng. The role is designed for recent South African graduates who are currently unemployed and want to gain hands‑on experience in customer service and client relationship management within the insurance industry.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to client enquiries via phone, email, live chat and WhatsApp.
• Provide accurate information about MiWay products and services.
• Handle client interactions professionally while adhering to service standards and regulatory requirements.
• Support the development of positive client relationships and assist with digital platform communications.

Required profile

• Matric / NQF Level 4 and a completed relevant Diploma or Degree.
• South African citizen, aged 18‑35, currently unemployed with less than six months of prior employment.
• Strong communication and customer‑service abilities, good problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
• Must not have previously completed an internship with INSETA.
