Client Services & Facilities Coordinator

About the role

The Client Services & Facilities Coordinator ensures an outstanding customer experience while maintaining the office, reception, meeting rooms and other customer‑facing areas to a professional standard. Based in Samrand, the role acts as the first point of contact for visitors, contractors and suppliers, supporting operational administration and coordinating with the NOC and Facilities Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist all visitors, customers, contractors and suppliers in a professional manner.
• Maintain a clean, orderly and welcoming reception area at all times.
• Coordinate visitor registrations, access requests and host notifications, ensuring compliance with security procedures.
• Prepare meeting rooms with necessary equipment, refreshments and cleanliness before each session.
• Work with NOC and Operations to grant appropriate access permissions and record accurate visitor logs.
• Conduct regular inspections of reception, meeting rooms, kitchens, bathrooms and other customer‑facing spaces.
• Identify and promptly escalate housekeeping, maintenance, safety or presentation issues to the Facilities Manager.
• Monitor consumables and arrange replenishment of office supplies as needed.

• Strong attention to detail for cleanliness, presentation and security compliance.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple internal teams (NOC, Operations, Facilities).
• Capability to manage visitor records and access documentation accurately.
• Proactive approach to identifying and resolving facility‑related issues.
