Client Relationship Consultant – Niche JG9

About the role

Glacier by Sanlam is seeking a senior client servicing specialist to support high‑net‑worth intermediaries and internal clients in Cape Town. The role involves resolving complex service matters, analysing trends and enhancing client value.

Key responsibilities

• Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of intermediaries, sales and client services teams.
• Liaise continuously with high‑net‑worth intermediaries on pending transactions and requirements.
• Analyse complaint and retention trends and suggest improvements to journeys, policies and service models.
• Provide digital guidance, handle inbound and outbound calls and emails within agreed SLA.
• Monitor CRM usage, ensure compliance with collection policies and support the Ombudsman on disputed accounts.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of client relationship experience in the financial services industry.
• Relevant financial qualification advantageous; knowledge of contractual and discretionary products a plus.
• Valid driver’s licence and reliable personal car.
• Undergraduate or honours degree.
• Strong communication, complexity management, accountability, customer focus and interpersonal skills.
